Q: How long does it take for the entire process?
A: Normally your bid will be calculated within
a day or so. Under most circumstances you can expect
a four week cycle from design to delivery. In special situations your salesman
can make arrangements for faster turn around.
Q: What happens if my need date changes?
A: Our Customer Service people will work closely with you on this issue.
We will telephone you a week before your
scheduled need date to verify your project is still on schedule. We will also
telephone you the day before your scheduled delivery to get an okay to deliver.
Q: Can Brevard Truss manufacture trusses with fire
treated or pressure treated lumber?
